i-3s is an approved student management systems in Malaysia that manages the expenditure of students using a online  prepaid card and automate attendance monitoring. It also connects parents with school and teachers via web and mobile applications to achieve a more involved and wholistic approach towards education in Malaysian schools. Given the green light by the Malaysian Ministry of Education in 2015 and again in 2016, we have established the need and strategy on implementing i-3s starting with the 10,000 public schools, and expanding to the private schools, boarding schools, colleges and universities within and out of Malaysia. Our programme involved all stakeholders in an education institution as we believe that a system is as good as its users experience and support.

Whether cash or cashless, we integrate the common point of sales system to be able to be put at the most remote location without wired network access and lack of electrical power source, and connect it to a backend systems for remote management and equipment monitoring. As a value add, Self Helpdesk is also included via our very own Android POS terminal. Examples of deployment is for mobile Waqaf and Zakat Collection System, Retail and Parking cashless systems, School Payment Terminal with online data connection via mobile internet, and stand-alone cafeteria cashless POS system using smartcards.

We also customise self-service kiosk to connect to your backend systems for registration, cash and card payment, or information service purposes.

We develop terminal systems to issue out tickets for transportation services such as highway, bus, train and ferry based on rfid card or QR code, and also the ability to collect payment via this terminal with proper reporting to a computer network or mobile application; with payment mode of either cash or prepaid card. The collection module for the terminal also acts as a disaster recovery system as part of any highway operator’s disaster recovery plan. Main deployments are for PLUS highway, Prasarana’s Rapid Bus and Ferry, and Metro Parking.
